Getting around Las Américas is fairly straightforward since all regional buses - as well as local services - make frequent stops here. Motorists will, however, find the road system unreasonably chaotic for such a recently built place, and parking spaces are usually hard to find. Using one of the ubiquitous taxis (hail them around town, or pick them up at the numerous ranks along the seafront road Avda de Rafael Puig) is often the best bet if you're short on time - though the pleasant seafront promenade, which runs almost without interruption along the resort, makes a pleasant route for walkers .
